While at the Aircraft Electronics Association’s (AEA) 2014 Southern Regional convention, ANN CEO and Editor-In-Chief, Jim Campbell visited the display of a new company named, Genesys…or is it really a new company? Jim asked Mike Demeter, the Eastern Regional Sales Manager for Genesys Aerosystems to explain the genesis of the company.
Demeter explains that most people are aware of companies like Sierra Flight Systems, Chelton and S-TEC, and Genesys Aerosystems is a combination of these and other companies. He explains that much of their product line has been around for a long while but is now consolidated under one company brand name. He also explained that by combining these great products under one company provides more efficient management and better customer service.
As the video continues we see examples of how the combined product lines fit into the aviation electronics arena.
This video makes the case that products that were already good now have a common goal under a new name. Aero-TV is a production of the Internationally syndicated Aero-News Network.
