Source: Shaun Waterman, Homeland and National Security Editor at United Press International, in an interview with ANN Senior Editor Pete Combs regarding a possible link to embattled TSA attorney Carla Martin and lawyers defending American Airlines and United Airlines in civil lawsuits filed against them by families of victims lost in the 9/11 attacks. Waterman states Martin received the emails -- which Martin then forwarded along to FAA witnesses in the penalty trial of convicted al-Qaeda conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui, along with her comments -- from those lawyers.
