Citation Longitude Headlines Textron Aviation Lineup At NBAA 2015

Textron Aviation Is Displaying 11 Of Its Commercial Business Jet And Turboprop Aircraft At NBAA2015

“As evidenced by our extensive lineup at the show, no other aircraft manufacturer offers the broad range of products that we do. We are excited to expand our product offering even further with the new Citation Longitude, which will be a revolution in the super-midsize segment,” said Kriya Shortt, senior vice president, Sales and Marketing. “The Citation Longitude is a perfect example of our commitment to meet our customers’ mission needs through continued product investment.”

In addition to the Citation Longitude, Textron Aviation is showcasing its Cessna Citation Latitude, the company’s newest certified Citation business jet. The Latitude, which received Federal Aviation Administration certification in June, is on track to achieve European Aviation Safety Agency certification by the end of the year. Throughout the year, three Latitude demonstrator aircraft have been on a worldwide demo tour, traveling to more than 20 countries and stopping at major industry tradeshows.

Rounding out the company’s display of jets are the Citation X+, Citation Sovereign+, Citation XLS+, Citation CJ4, Citation CJ3+ and the Citation M2.

Making its NBAA debut are the Pro Line Fusion-equipped King Air 350i/ER and King Air 250 turboprops, both featuring the recently certified avionics system and new cabin enhancements. In addition, the company will display its King Air C90GTx.

While at NBAA, the company’s customer service network is represented through one of its mobile service units (MSU), trucks equipped to perform a variety of maintenance or repair functions when customers prefer service at their own facility. Textron Aviation’s international support includes 21 company-owned service centers, nearly 200 authorized turbine service facilities, more than 60 MSUs and three dedicated aircraft for complete, immediate 24/7 response.
