EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHTRESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR AIRCRAFT ACCIDENT ONLY RELIEFAIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF USAF, LTC TIPPETT AREAUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 10000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 5NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 644159N/1440525W OR THE BIG DELTA /BIG/VORTAC 16 DEGREE RADIAL AT 59.6 NAUTICAL MILES USAF, LTC TIPPETTTELEPHONE 907-377-1530, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSEACTIVITY. ANCHORAGE /ZAN/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 907-269-1103, IS THE FAACOORDINATION FACILITY.
