Trig Avionics Makes Sixth Venture To AirVenture

New Radios, ADS-B Solutions For Small Spaces

Trig Avionics has made the journey from Scotland to AirVenture for the sixth straight year. “The team always look forward to Air Venture" said Jon Roper, Trig’s Marketing Manager. "It is a fantastic event that brings the global aviation community together, it’s a great opportunity for us to meet pilots and share the benefits of our technology.”

Pilots are getting 2020 ready by fitting ADS-B Out solutions. Trig’s TT31 Class 1 transponder remains the popular choice for many, it meets TSO C166 and will ‘plug and play’ straight into an existing KT76A, KT76C and KT78A tray. This significantly reduces both installation time and cost. It provides pilots with class leading Mode S technology that is also 1090ES ADS-B Out capable too.

A free FAA STC allows the TT31 and TT22 transponder to be installed as a compliant ADS-B Out solution in 576 aircraft types. Both units are compatible with popular GPS position sources including Garmin GNS and GTN WAAS navigators.

Trig is also well respected for its established compact avionics – ideal where panel space is tight. Trig’s TT22 transponder is a Class 1 device and the matching compact VHF radio, called the TY91, is also available. These units are popular with both light sport and general aviation pilots.

Trig will also be showing their TN72 certified GPS position source at the show, an ideal addition for Trig transponder to become ADS-B Out.

Trig will also be showing TY96A and TY97A, 760 channel radios with 25kHz spacing available for demonstrations. This is a superb slimline solution, only 1.3” tall and is packed with pilot friendly features that will help improve pilot’s communications.

All Trig products are smart, affordable and future proof and come with a two-year warranty, via a network of Approved Trig Dealers.

If you are thinking of equipping your aircraft with avionics then come and meet the Trig team. All Trig products will be available for demonstration and several Approved Trig Dealers will be at the show, offering special Oshkosh deals.
