Southeast Piper Dealer Gets Bigger Territory

Flightline Group Adds GA, TN, Rest of FL

The New Piper Aircraft, Inc., has named SouthEast Piper as its exclusive dealer in the States of Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida. SouthEast Piper is the newly created trade name for the Aircraft Sales Division of Florida-based FLIGHTLINE Group, Inc., which currently operates as the exclusive New Piper dealer in Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi and parts of Florida. With this announcement, New Piper furthers its mission to combine the best possible customer service initiatives with the highest quality general aviation aircraft.

In making this decision to expand FLIGHTLINE's geographic territory, New Piper looked to the organization's experienced leadership, operational and developmental experience, excellent reputation, and, most importantly, its commitment to customer satisfaction. SouthEast Piper will operate sales offices in Tallahassee and Vero Beach, Florida; and Atlanta, Georgia.  Service Centers will operate throughout the territory.

"At New Piper we have taken an aggressive position of offering the best possible customer care initiatives that rival those of any company in any industry," says New Piper President and CEO Chuck Suma. "When we look to forge new dealer partnerships, we must be one hundred percent satisfied that those partners share our vision for the future of the general aviation industry, especially with respect to customer care.  History tells us that our customers in the regions covered by FLIGHTLINE, are in very good hands so it is with total confidence that we award this expanded territory."

In making this commitment, FLIGHTLINE's Chairman & CEO, Paul "Mac" Langston, commented, "In expanding and sustaining a mutually beneficial, long-term Dealer Family relationship with New Piper, our organization is able to share New Piper's vision and values for excellence and quality.

FLIGHTLINE, founded in Tallahassee, Florida, in 1982, is owned and operated by brothers, Mac and Danny Langston.  Since its inception, the development of quality innovative services and aviation facilities has elevated FLIGHTLINE to the forefront of aviation in the Southeast.  The Company has been the recipient of numerous awards including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Business Leadership, the Jim Moran Institute Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence, ExxonMobil's Gold & Silver Premier Spirit Award for image and service and the National Business Aircraft Association's Aviation Safety Award for 20 years of accident-free flying.
