PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT DUE TO A NATURAL GAS RELEASE. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF EL PASO NATURAL GAS CO. ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 2000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 331450N/1124856W AND THE BUCKEYE /BXK/ VORTAC 166 DEGREE RADIAL AT 012 NAUTICAL MILES. EL PASO NATURAL GAS CO., J. C. CURRIER, PHONE 928-778-0407. IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. PRESCOTT /PRC/ AFSS, PHONE 928-778-7810, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
