STATE POLICE ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 5000 FT MSL WITH- IN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 340962N/0822428W AND THE ELECTRIC CITY /ELW/ VORTAC 130 DEGREE RADIAL AT 025 NAUTICAL MILES.
