Leonardo Company Announces Top Management Change

Filippo Bagnato Retiring From The Aircraft Division

Leonardo Company has announced a top management change in its aircraft division.

Following the most recently meeting of the Board of Directors, the announces that Filippo Bagnato will be stepping down from his position as Managing Director of the Aircraft Division as of January 31st, 2018.

Succeeding Bagnato will be Lucio Valerio Cioffi, currently Head of the Engineering of the Aircraft Division, as Managing Director of the entire Aircraft Division. Cioffi will assume his new duties starting on February 1.

Leonardo said in a media release announcing the retirement that they wish to thank Filippo Bagnato for his "meaningful and relevant professional contribution made to the Group over the past years and wishes him all the best for the future."
