PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHTRESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR ORDNANCE DISPOSAL DISCHARGE.ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF 46TH OPS SUPPORT SQUADRON ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET AGL2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 304013N/0861718W AND THE CRESTVIEW /CEW/ VORTAC 116 DEGREE RADIAL AT 22.5 NAUTICAL MILES 46TH OPS SUPPORT SQUADRON TELEPHONE 850-882-9069 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. JACKSONVILLE /ZJX/ ARTCC TELEPHONE 904-549-1537IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
