PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY: 304700N/0943842W OR THE LUFKIN /LFK/ VORTAC 166 DEGREE RADIAL AT 23.0 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 304700N/0921150W OR THE ALEXANDRIA /AEX/ VORTAC 148 DEGREE RADIAL AT 32.4 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 293800N/0921150W OR THE WHITE LAKE /LLA/ VOR/DME 97 DEGREE RADIAL AT 9.3 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 293800N/0943842W OR THE SCHOLES /VUH/ VORTAC 22 DEGREE RADIAL AT 25.0 NAUTICAL MILES BACK TO ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR HURRICANE DISASTER RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. ALL AIRCRAFT, EXCEPT DOD/NATIONAL GUARD/DHS AIRCRAFT REQUESTING TO OPERATE WITHIN THE AREA, MUST CONTACT THE FAA RECOVERY DESK AT 703-904-4446 PRIOR TO ENTRY INTO THE TFR. ALL AIRCRAFT SUPPORTING THE OIL/GAS INDUSTRY MUST CONTACT THE FAA RECOVERY DESK AT 703-904- 4446 PRIOR TO COMMENCING OPERATIONS WITHIN THIS TFR. AIRCRAFT OPERATING IN THE TFR AIRSPACE MUST EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION. ALL AIRCRAFT OPERATING WITHIN THIS TFR MUST CONTACT THE APPROPRIATE FAA END PART 1 OF 3

FDC 5/8783 ZHU PART 2 OF 3 FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS TEXAS/LOUISIANA COASTLINE. FACILITY PRIOR TO ENTERING CLASS B, C, OR D AIRSPACE. PRIOR TO ENTERING THE TFR AIRSPACE ALL CIVIL AIRCRAFT IN SUPPORT OF FEMA OPERATIONS, OPERATING OUTSIDE OF CLASS B, C, OR D AIRSPACE BUT WITHIN THE TFR, MUST CONTACT AIRBORNE EARLY WARNING (AEW) AIRCRAFT CALLSIGN OMAHA 44 FREQUENCY 126.75/321.3, WHICH IS SUPPORTING RELIEF AIR OPERATIONS IN THE TFR AREA. AIRCRAFT WILL REMAIN IN CONTACT WITH OMAHA 44 FOR FLIGHT ADVISORIES. THE AEW AIRCRAFT WILL ONLY PROVIDE ADVISORY SERVICE TO FACILITATE SITUATIONAL AWARENESS AMONG THE PARTICIPATING AIRCRAFT AND WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY AIR TRAFFIC SERVICES. FOR FLIGHT SAFETY, ALL AIRCRAFT NOT DIRECTLY INVOLVED WITH DISASTER RELIEF MUST OPERATE AT LEAST 500 FEET ABOVE OR 1500 FEET LATERALLY FROM DISASTER RELIEF AIRCRAFT. AIRCRAFT CARRYING PROPERLY ACCREDITED NEWS REPRESENTATIVES MUST ALSO OPERATE AT LEAST 500 FEET ABOVE GROUND LEVEL EXCEPT FOR TAKEOFF AND LANDING. ALL DOD ASSETS IN SUPPORT OF RITA OPERATIONS SHOULD CONTACT THE ATO CELL AT 850-283-5168 OR 5167 FOR INCLUSION ON THE JOINT TASK FORCE RITA AIR TASKING ORDER.
