CALC To Lease An Airbus A320 Aircraft To ANA

Further Expands Global Footprint By Entering Japanese Aircraft Leasing Market

China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited has announced that it has signed a lease agreement with ANA Holdings for an Airbus A320 Aircraft, which will be subleased to its low cost regional subsidiary Vanilla Air. The aircraft is expected to be delivered in August 2017.

“The Group is very excited to establish a business partnership with ANA Group, our first Japanese customer," said Ms. Winnie Liu, Deputy CEO and Chief Commercial Officer of CALC.

"This is another significant milestone for CALC’s international expansion. Japan’s aviation finance market is very well-established. We are pleased to work with the top-tier airline of the market for aircraft leasing, following the close of our first Japanese Operating Lease with a Call Option (“JOLCO”) financing earlier this month. The transactions underscore recognitions for CALC’s aircraft leasing and financing solutions in the global market.”
