Aero-News Quote of the Day
“As the world’s largest aerospace technical society, the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) welcomes the Biden Administration’s announcement that it will continue the National Space Council. We believe a White House-level focus on space is crucial to provide stability and continuity to U.S. space endeavors, enabling historic exploration and scientific achievement, continued U.S. space industry global leadership, and enhanced national security. We encourage the Biden Administration also to continue the Users’ Advisory Group, which brings critical stakeholder input to the Council. We believe harnessing the space sector’s capabilities will help fuel our economic recovery, help solve the climate crisis, and build the diverse 21st-century education system and workforce that America needs and deserves.”
