Diamond Offers Prepaid Maintenance

One Fee, Worry Free

Diamond Aircraft Industries is revving up its new Premium Care Program for privately operated North American based Diamond DA20's and DA40's (file photo of type, below).  The optional program covers all maintenance costs for the first two years or 250 hours of ownership and provides many other service related benefits.

"This kind of program, while becoming expected in the luxury car market, is a first for general aviation piston aircraft," said John Gauch, Vice President, Sales and Marketing.  "Our customers are discerning and they expect the best.  We work hard to exceed our customers expectations."

The Premium Care Program Includes:
  • Enhanced 2 year warranty, including free priority shipping on any AOG parts shipped within North America
  • All scheduled maintenance, including cost of parts and labor, for the first 2 years or 250 hrs of operation, whichever comes first.
  • Up to $1000.00 "break-down" insurance to cover hotel, rental car, airfare, meals, etc, if aircraft is unserviceable away from home base.
  • Free accommodation when attending the factory maintenance training course
  • Highest priority e-mail address for customer support
  • Highest priority telephone hot-line for customer support
  • Priority access to the factory service center
  • Premium aircraft cleaning supplies kit
