NATA To Host FBO Symposium

To Take Place At March 2005 Annual Convention

The National Air Transportation Association (NATA) has announced that they, together with the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), will be hosting their third FBO Symposium during the NATA Annual Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Thursday, March 10, 2005. The past two FBO Symposiums were hosted by AAAE in 2001 and 2003.

The Symposium is a unique opportunity for aviation businesses and airport management to gather and discuss items of interest to both communities.

Both the NATA Airports Committee and the AAAE NonHub/General Aviation Committee carefully considered the FBO Symposium session topics that include:

  • Understanding the RFP Process
  • SPCC Planning
  • Marketing the Airport
  • Leasing Issues
  • GA Security Roundtable

"We’re pleased to be hosting the FBO Symposium this time around," said James K. Coyne, President of NATA. "It is a valuable forum for the aviation business community and airport managers to come together and gain a better understanding of how each of their respective parts of the aviation industry work in some of these hot topic areas."
