PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 405019N/1131113W THE BONNEVILLE /BVL/ VORTAC 057 DEGREE RADIAL AT 27 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 14600 FEET MSL FOR ORDNANCE DISPOSAL. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF USAF, 388 RANGE SQ ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE. THE USAF 388 RANGE SQ 801-777-9384 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. CEDAR CITY /CDC/ AFSS 435-586-1525 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
