ForeFlight Expert Spins Off Training Business

Helps Pilots Make The Best Use Of The Flight Planning Software

The first employee of ForeFlight has produced a series of videos designed to help users take full advantage of the flight planning software.

Erik Hake (pictured) was ForeFlight Employee #1. He was the person who facilitated all of the company's training classes and webinars for his first six year with the company.

Hake tells Aero-News that he left ForeFlight last year to open his own company ... The Modern Pilot LLC ... which has just released its first 3-Volume HD ForeFlight Training course.

The course includes pro tips and time saving techniques to help with the planning of your next flight, and make your in-flight usage even more effective.

The first volume is a series of videos covering VFR flight. The second volume covers general use of the software, and the third volume is dedicated to IFR flying.

The full course is available for $69 if you purchase all three, which is a significant savings over purchasing the volumes individually. There are also a two-volume bundles available.
