POLICE DEPARTMENT ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 2000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 385601N/0770055W OR THE WASHINGTON /DCA/ VOR/DME 22 DEGREE RADIAL AT 4.5 NAUTICAL MILES WASHINGTON D.C.
