PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.145, MANAGEMENT OF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS IN THE VICINITY OF AERIAL DEMONSTRATIONS AND MAJOR SPORTING EVENTS, AIRCRAFT FLIGHT OPERATIONS ARE PROHIBITED WITHIN A 4 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 351156N/1063543W (OR ALBUQUERQUE /ABQ/ VORTAC 038 DEGREE RADIAL AT 14 NAUTICAL MILESAT AND BELOW 8,000 FEET MSL, UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY ATC.
