Upgraded: Darryl Harlos Promoted To VP, Ops, For Superior Air Parts

Timothy T. Archer, President and CEO of Superior Air Parts, Inc. has announced the promotion of Darryl Harlos to V.P. of Operations.

"Darryl has been a valuable member of our management team for thirteen years, and he has been especially instrumental in spearheading Superior's initiatives and preparation toward our ongoing efforts to obtain a FAA Production Certificate for our new Vantage Engine," Archer said.

"Anyone who has gone through something like this can attest that it's not an easy task. Through the long and sometimes frustrating process, Darryl continues to maintain a wonderful perspective and truly professional approach. I'm sure he will bring the same attitude to his new position."

As V. P. of Operations, Harlos will be responsible for all facets of manufacturing, purchasing, production, and quality control for the company's extensive line of FAA PMA'd piston engine parts including the Millennium Cylinders, XP-360 Engine for the sport aviation market, and the new FAA certified, Vantage Engine (pictured, below).

Superior Air Parts, Inc., is the manufacturer of the new FAA certified Vantage Engine. The company is also world's leading manufacturer of FAA approved aftermarket cylinders and replacement parts for Lycoming and Continental aircraft engines. In addition, the company manufacturers the XP-360 Engine family for experimental and sport aircraft builders.
