Comes To Corporate Jet Management Firm From Porter
Airlines
Executive and private travel firm Partner Jet has hired James
(Jim) A. Morrison as Managing Director. In this capacity Jim will
be the responsible for the day-to-day management, oversight and
direction of business along with heading up the growth and
development plans and activities that Partner Jet and its team
undertake.
Jim Morrison (pictured) is no stranger to corporate and
commercial aviation in Canada. He started his flying career in 1966
and then commercially in 1968 with Bradley Air Services. He has a
total of 13,000 hours to his credit, flying worldwide on a variety
of aircraft types including DC3, HS 748, Twin Otter, Dash 8
and B737. In addition to his flying activities, Morrison has held
senior management positions with Air Creebec, Air Ontario,
Skyservice, Execaire and until earlier this year worked from the
start-up to present with Porter Airlines as Senior VP and Chief
Operating Officer.

Morrison has also served as a member of the board of directors of
the CBAA (Canadian Business Aviation Association) and ATAC (the Air
Transportation Association of Canada) Jim is currently active on
two boards - Canada's Aviation Hall of Fame and the Catholic Family
Services of Simcoe County.
