PURSUANT TO CFR 91.137A(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT DUE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITIES. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP POLICE ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET AGL, 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 394455N/0750157W OR THE CEDAR LAKE VOR /VCN/ 008 DEGREE RADIAL AT 012 NAUTICAL MILES. THE WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP POLICE, THOMAS MASAM TELEPHONE 856-906-3610, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. THE PHILADELPHIA APPROACH /PHL/, TELEPHONE 215-492-4123, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
