FBO Chain Partners On Deer Valley's First Privately-Owned
Hangars
Already one of the most active General Aviation airports in the
United States, Phoenix's Deer Valley Airport (DVT) now offers
owners of high-performance turboprop and turbine aircraft the
opportunity to own their own hangar as part of a new executive
condo/hangar development on the airport.
The Executive Hangar Association of Deer Valley has been
approved to begin construction of a 14-unit hangar complex later
this year at Phoenix-Deer Valley Airport. Located on the northern
edge of the convenient South ramp of the airport, the condo hangar
development will also be the closest hangar facility to the
parallel taxiway and runway – allowing easy ingress and
egress for operators.
A total of four 70'x60' end units and 10 60'x60' units are
available, and will come equipped with remote controlled Hydroswing
doors, epoxy floors, finished insulated interior walls, 220v
electrical service, and full hookups to city water and sewer lines.
Custom interior office and storage solutions are also available to
owners.
Deer Valley Airport is conveniently located on the north side of
the Phoenix Metro area. Only 10 miles from Scottsdale, Deer Valley
offers a convenient and affordable option to owners and operators
in the area who are seeking high quality hangars for their aircraft
investment with the least hassle. The Executive Hangar Association
of Deer Valley is partnered with Cutter Aviation at Deer Valley,
allowing operators to enjoy based aircraft fuel pricing and 24 hour
service.
The Executive Hangar Association of Deer Valley is holding a
series of receptions for interested aircraft owners and operators
at the Deer Valley Airport Main Terminal conference room. The
meeting dates are: March 25th and April 1st – 11:30am to
12:30pm; and March 26th and April 2nd – 6:00pm to 7:00pm. If
you are interested in attending, please contact Steve Prieser at
