EAA Airventure 2005 Now Available On Video And DVD

You Attended The Fly-In, Now See The Movie

EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2005 one of the best gatherings in the event's history, is now chronicled by the organization on video and DVD. This one certainly deserves consideration as a fixture on the ol' media shelf.

From the arrivals of the history-making SpaceShipOne/White Knight and Virgin Atlantic Global Flyer, to one-of-a-kind reunion of World War II bombers and the brand new very-light-jet models, EAA AirVenture 2005 was regarded as "one of the best ever, if not THE best ever" by EAA president Tom Poberezny.

Such well-known aviators as Chuck Yeager and Burt Rutan are part of the 2005 event, as well as internationally known personalities as Harrison Ford, Paul Allen and Sir Richard Branson. The production from the award-winning EAA Television team also features that show the spirit of aviation and EAA, including people, airplanes and events that make EAA AirVenture unique.

The DVD version also includes three sections of bonus footage that includes a tribute to air show performers Bobby Younkin and Jim Franklin, as well as "behind the scenes" segments about the spectacular air show sights at Oshkosh during the 53rd annual EAA fly-in and convention.
