Diamond Aircraft announced recently the addition of two leaders
to its Customer Support team: Ken Schaelchlin joined Diamond as
Director, Customer Support, and Brian Baldridge joins the team as
Manager, Tech Services, North America.
"I'm thrilled to announce the addition of Ken and Brian to our
growing Customer Support organization. They both bring phenomenal

ensure a trouble-free entry into service for the D-Jet next year,"
said Ken Harness, Chief Operating Officer at Diamond.

positions at Pilatus Aircraft North America as both Customer
Service Engineering Manager and Customer Support Manager. Mr.
Schaelchlin holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA,
both from Arizona State University.
"I look forward to leading Diamond Aircraft's North American
Customer Support organization," said Schaelchlin. "I am excited
about the opportunity to use my previous experience to ensure a
smooth D-Jet entry into service, enhance support of the current
piston fleet, and take Diamond's customer support to the next
level."
Brian Baldridge hails from Northern California and comes to
Diamond Aircraft with extensive background in piston and jet
aircraft General Aviation maintenance with 32 years, 2700 hours of
