EFFECTIVE 0409032100 TIL 0409032330 0409041500 TIL 0409042100 0409051500 TIL 0409052100 0409061500 TIL 0409062100 PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.145, MANAGEMENT OF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS IN THE VICINITY OF AERIAL DEMONSTRATIONS AND MAJOR SPORTING EVENTS, AIRCRAFT FLIGHT OPERATIONS ARE PROHIBITED WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 413100N/0814100W OR THE CHARDON /CXR/ VOR/DME 275 DEGREE RADIAL AT 23.3 NAUTICAL MILES, AT AND BELOW 15000 FEET AGL, UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY ATC.
