Dassault's Regional Maintenance and Operations Seminars Return

After a 3-year Hiatus, Touring Falcon Education Available Once Again

Dassault Aviation has announced the beginning of its educational extravaganza on April 6, in Paris, France, and ending May 24 in Chicago, Illinois.

The M&O seminar series will tour across 7 cities in North America, South America, and Europe to teach and meet clients, customers, and supporters. Jean Kayanakis, senior vice president of worldwide customer service and assistant head over its service center network, said Dassault can't wait to get back into the swing of things. "We are thrilled to welcome Falcon operators back to our M&O seminars, and allow them to once again meet face to face with representatives from our company, our partners and our suppliers. The feedback provided during these events is crucial to our commitment to continuously improve the Falcon customer experience."

During the M&O series, in-depth, updated information on Dassault products will be shared with attendees, keeping them on the cutting edge of maintenance and flight operations products for their own. This year, a few new topics have made their way onto the course list, including "current preparations underway for the extra widebody Falcon 6X entry into service; recent steps to consolidate and optimize Dassault's expanding maintenance, repair and overhaul network while simplifying customer access; broadening access to Sustainable Aviation Fuels; and recently introduced or updated technology like the the EASy IV flight deck; FalconSphere applications; and Dassault’s Innovative Cabin System.

Seminars will offer interactive, model-specific and general technical sessions covering topics ranging from simple common troubleshooting, reliability enhancements, STC updates, and more. Company test pilots will even make an appearance to keep customers up to date on the work done by the Falcon Pilot Support Team, updating attendees on the test flight process of those planes currently in the prerelease pipeline.
