FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION, 352-279-5558, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. JACKSONVILLE /ZJX/ ARTCC, 904-549-1537, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
