Executive Jet Management, an aircraft management and charter company, has appointed Christopher A. Poliak as Director of Maintenance for the company's fleet of FAR Part 135 charter aircraft.

Chris will have direct responsibility for the airworthiness and corresponding maintenance of all charter aircraft within the EJM managed fleet. In addition, he will serve as the key EJM interface with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) during the final aircraft certification process. Chris was formerly manager of EJM's Fleet Management Department.

"Chris brings 15 years of EJM maintenance experience with more than 30 aircraft types to this very important position," said Albert C. Pod, president and CEO of Executive Jet Management. "His fleet management skills have played a critical role in keeping EJM's fleet dispatch reliability rate one of the highest in the industry."

In 1983, Chris received an Associate of Science degree in aviation from Vincennes University in Indiana, and currently holds Inspection Authorization and A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) licenses issued by the FAA.
