Aviation Technologies Becomes An Authorized Installation Center For PWI
Aviation Technologies, Inc. has officially become an Authorized Installation Center for all of PWI's LED lighting. PWI looks forward to working with Aviation Technologies because of their award winning maintenance program.
In 2017, Aviation Technologies was recognized by the U.S. Department of Transportation for participating in the FAA Aviation Maintenance Technician Awards Program where they received the Award of Excellence known as the "Diamond Award". To get the "Diamond Award" an employer has to have 100% of the eligible employees participating in the program earn an AMT certificate of training. The program promotes continued training and better ways to promote safety as well as productivity with less maintenance errors. Their involvement with this program is an indication that Aviation Technologies wants to make sure they have the best training for their mechanics which in turn provides the customer with more quality repairs. What a great program to be a part of.
Aviation Technologies is located in Avoca, Pennsylvania and has been in business for 25 years. Since being established, PWI has grown from coil winding to a diverse range of aircraft lighting products and more. PWI manufactures several interior lights for Beechcraft King Air aircraft and has in-house ability to design, engineer and manufacture all types of electrical assemblies, electronics contract manufacturing, magnetometers and customized LED lighting solutions.
