PURSUANT TO 14 CFR 91.137(A)(1), TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN THE FOLLOWING AREA, BLOCK 02 FROM SURFACE TO 10000 FEET MSL FOR AVALANCHE CONTROL: ONLY RELIEF ACFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF ANCHORAGE ARTCC(ZAN) ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE FROM: 605440N/1490830W TO 605640N/1490520W TO 605240N/ 1485640W TO 605130N/1490040W THENCE FOLLOWING THE SEWARD HIGHWAY IN A NORTHWESTERLY DIRECTION TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
