PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR AIRCRAFT ACCIDENT ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF WASHINGTON D.C. POLICE DEPARTMENT ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 2000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 385601N/0770055W OR THE WASHINGTON /DCA/ VOR/DME 22 DEGREE RADIAL AT 4.5 NAUTICAL MILES WASHINGTON D.C. POLICE DEPARTMENT TELEPHONE UNKN IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. WASHINGTON /ATCT/ ARTCC TELEPHONE 703-413-1541 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
