Art Manni Joins Aviation Consulting Group

Downing Aviation Associates (DAA ) announced Monday at NBAA 2006 that Art Manni, a veteran  aerospace executive with an extensive background in business development and leadership roles at both Honeywell and Pratt & Whitney of Canada, has joined the Phoenix, AZ-based consulting firm as a Senior Associate.

"Over the course of his career, Art Manni has demonstrated effective and  creative leadership in a variety of roles, including application engineering, product line management, joint venture, merger and acquisition support," noted Darrel Downing, DAA's CEO. "Art's broad knowledge of the industry and well-established working relationships will add significantly to the value of service and support we offer our clients."

Representatives with DAA tell Aero-News Manni brings a solid record of strategic leadership in both the domestic and global markets to his new role. Following a long tenure at Honeywell and its predecessor, AlliedSignal, he was named vice president of sales and business development at Eagle Picher Technologies in Phoneix.
