40103(B), THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION(FAA) CLASSIFIES THE
AIRSPACE DEFINED IN THIS NOTAM AS NATIONALDEFENSE AIRSPACE. ANY
PERSON WHO KNOWINGLY OR WILLFULLY VIOLATES THE RULES CONCERNING
OPERATIONS IN THIS AIRSPACE MAY BE SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CRIMINAL
