AAI Acquisition Names Senior VP Of Sales, Marketing And Customer Support

Chester Schickling Brings Over 35 Years BizAv Experience To Role

AAI Acquisition, Inc. recently named longtime business aircraft sales and marketing executive Chester Schickling to the position of senior vice president of Sales, Marketing and Customer Support.

Schickling will lead AAIA's worldwide marketing team, and be responsible for sales, distribution and product support of the company's A700 very light jet (VLJ) and other aircraft products that will follow.

"We are very pleased to have attracted an executive of Chester Schickling's talent and experience," said AAIA President and CEO Jack Braly. "He gives us the management strength to bring the A700 to the market and provide the support structure necessary to make it successful."

Schickling brings to his new position more than 35 years of experience in business aircraft sales and support. He has previously led marketing teams at Beech Aircraft Corporation and Sino Swearingen Aircraft, and is widely known throughout the business aviation industry.

AAIA is a private aircraft design and manufacturing company based at the Centennial Airport in Englewood, CO. AAIA is currently developing and flight testing its initial product, the A700 designed by now-defunct Adam Aircraft.

AAIA employs approximately 200 people in Englewood, where the A700 will be built. The company is owned by Russian investment companies Industrial Investors Group (IIG) and Kaskol, which combined manage more than $3 billion in assets worldwide.
