Strengthens Quality Assurance Team With Two Key Personnel
Additions
Darryl Harlos, Director of Quality
for Superior Air Parts, Inc., has announced the appointment of
Metta Evenson as Quality Assurance Document Coordinator and David
Guerra as Quality Assurance Engineer.
“Superior Air Parts is totally committed to providing our
customers with the highest achievable levels of product quality and
consistency,” Harlos said. “That’s why it is so
critical that we are able to attract experienced, quality-minded
professionals like Metta and David to our team.”

In her new position, Metta will be responsible for reviewing and
revising quality standards documentation used by both inside
production and outside materials and component suppliers. She will
also provide certification verification, as well as, improving
Superior’s PMA and Production Certificate process and
procedures. Prior to joining Superior Air Parts, Metta was a
Quality Assurance Technician and Airworthiness Representative for
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America’s ODAR.
David Guerra, Quality Assurance Engineer
David will be responsible for the development of quality control
systems and monitoring suppliers for manufacturing process
conformity. He will also be working to design new inspection
systems for quality improvements to processes, performance, and
production of incoming vendor supplied components and parts. Before
coming to Superior Air Parts, David held a similar engineering
position with Meggitt/S-TEC Company. A leading manufacturer of
autopilots and flight instrumentation systems. David has a B.S.
Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas, El
Paso.
