The NTSB has published Probable Cause report on the tragic accident that took the life of Air racing Legend, Jimmy Leeward and 10 spectators at Reno 2011.

Judge Stuart Berstein says HBC so called Key Employee Incentive Plan did not meet legal standards that require executives to face challenging goals to qualify for such bonuses during a bankruptcy.
