ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 352347N/1102012W OR THE WINSLOW /INW/ VORTAC 034 DEGREE RADIAL AT 30.1 NAUTICAL MILES, THE EL PASO NATURAL GAS CO. TELEPHONE 928-527-6565, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. PRESCOTT /PRC/ AFSS, TELEPHONE 928-778-0465, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
