Embraer Partners With Across For Business Jet Sales In Mexico

Will Be Based At Toluca International Airport

Embraer Executive Jets and Across have announced a partnership for sales of business jets in Mexico. Under this agreement, the premium business aviation services provider, based at Toluca International Airport (AIT), became an authorized sales representative for Embraer’s full business jet portfolio in the Mexican market.

“Embraer has established a strong presence in Mexico by supplying highly advanced aircraft for the defense and airline markets. Now, our broad and fully certified business jets portfolio is gaining momentum with Mexican customers, who desire truly innovative products that offer low operating costs, along with enhanced safety, productivity, connectivity and comfort,” said Marco Tulio Pellegrini, President and CEO, Embraer Executive Jets. “Having Across on board as a sales partner leverages our footprint in the country and highlights our commitment to the Mexican market. Across and its highest-service standard definitely meets our goal of challenging the status quo and surpassing customers’ expectations. I’m glad for this long-term partnership.”

Embraer Executive Jets’ sales network expansion follows the growth of the Company’s worldwide business jet fleet. In 2015, Embraer's executive aviation division delivered 120 aircraft, the highest level in five years. The Company’s fleet of Phenom, Legacy and Lineage jets operating in Mexico grew by 35% last year.

“Embraer Executive Jets represents a new generation for business aviation. With nearly 1,000 business jets in operation in more than 60 countries, its DNA of innovation has allowed the Company  to position itself over the past decade as a game changer in each class in which it competes,” said Pedro Corsi Amerlinck, CEO of Across. “It is an honor to be named as a sales representative for Mexico, a market with a high potential for replacement of old-generation aircraft and the need for the increased safety, efficiency and flexibility that Embraer Executive Jets’ portfolio offers. I’m happy to offer the market new and outstanding products for a unique customer experience.”
