PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR HOSTAGE CRISIS ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF SNOHOMISH SHERIFF ANITA SERVISS ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 481559N/1221420W OR THE PAINE /PAE/ VOR/DME 344 DEGREE RADIAL AT 20.8 NAUTICAL MILES. THE SNOHOMISH SHERIFF, ANITA SERVISS TELEPHONE 425-407-3900, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. THE SEATTLE /SEA/ AFSS, TELEPHONE 206-658-6608 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
