Source: Francoise Jolin, widow of Quebec pilot Gilbert Paquette. His Cessna ran into a broadcast tower three years ago. Now, the broadcasters who used that tower are suing the family for a total of $3.5 million, far more than Paquette's $1 million life insurance policy will cover.
