New Mexico Career Fair Being Held Wednesday

Event Taking Place At Kirtland AFB

The New Mexico Aviation Aerospace Association, in conjunction with the New Mexico Air National Guard, is presenting the Second Annual Career Fair on Wednesday, September 17 at Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, NM.

The organizers said the event focuses on STEM and careers in the Aviation Aerospace field.  Students will explore get to meet with industry leaders, higher education representatives while getting to see and touch some of the most advanced Aviation and Aerospace equipment in the world.

Among the participating organizations and companies are Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve; Air National Guard; Aspen Avionics; Sandia Aerospace Air Force Research Lab; Sandia National Labs; Eclipse Aerospace; NM Army National Guard; Eastern NM University; Red Bird Flight Simulators; Boeing Aircraft; Commemorative Air Force; Civil Air Patrol; DeVore Aviation; Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University; and Santa Fe Aero Services.

The event will be held from 0900-1500 local time in the facilities of the New Mexico Air National Guard.
