Prop Accident Turns Up Alleged Affair

Woman Struck By Airplane Propeller Was With A Married Businessman In Las Vegas

We would never, of course, advocate cheating on one's spouse, but what a way to get caught. A businesswoman from California says she suspects her husband of having an affair because a 21 year old woman was struck by the propeller of his airplane last Thursday at McCarran Airport in Las Vegas. The younger woman was reportedly rushed to a hospital but not killed in the incident.

The pilot, Don Connelly, and his wife Carolyn own Connelly Equipment rental in El Cajon, CA. Mr. Connelly reportedly told Mrs. Connelly several days earlier he was going on a business trip, but not to Las Vegas.

Television station KVVU in Las Vegas reports that the unidentified young woman was in fair condition at University Medical Center in Las Vegas. Mrs. Connelly described the incident as a "rendezvous gone wrong," and that she did not know the younger woman. She did say she suspects an affair and plans to contact a divorce attorney.
