Birthday Gift To Angelina Jolie ... A Vintage Seaplane

Plus A Seaplane Rating So That She Can Enjoy The Present

Angelina Jolie is reportedly being given a 40th birthday gift that most of us would enjoy ... her husband Brad Pitt plans to purchase a vintage seaplane for the actress.

Not only that, while Jolie already holds a private pilot certificate, Pitt has arranged for her to tack a seaplane rating onto her license so that she can enjoy the gift.

The U.K. newspaper The Sunday Mirror reports that the couple has been to a dealer in Europe, and plans to keep the plane on a private runway at their home in Brignoles, France. The estate reportedly has 1000 acres of land and a sprawling mansion with 35 bedrooms.

It was not revealed what type of "vintage seaplane" was under consideration by the couple. Jolie's birthday is June 4.
