Duncan Aviation’s Jason Burhoop Named Project Manager

Began With The Company In 1999

Duncan Aviation recently named Jason Burhoop as Project Manager for the company’s Lincoln, Nebraska, location.

In 1999, Burhoop (pictured) started his career at Duncan Aviation as an Engine Technician. During his 17 years in the engine shop, he served as Engine Lead Tech, Master Tech, Engine Tech Rep, and most recently, Engine Team Leader.

“Jason has excellent communication and organization skills and a solid technical background,” says Russ Haugen, Duncan Aviation’s Assistant Manager of Customer Service. “With his rooted experience at Duncan Aviation, Jason will be a great asset for customers who bring multi-shop projects to our Lincoln facility.”

Duncan Aviation has a total of 40 Project Managers working at its main service facilities in Lincoln; Battle Creek, Michigan; and Provo, Utah. They provide customers with personalized service and aircraft project expertise, ensuring that projects meet critical milestones and stay on budget. Each has a minimum of 15 years of technical experience and an average of 25+ years of aviation experience.

Burhoop holds a Powerplant License earned from Bakers School of Aeronautics in Nashville, Tenn. He also earned an associate’s degree in diesel technology from Southeast Community College in Milford, Nebraska and spent nine years in the Nebraska Army National Guard as a Power Generation Equipment Repairer.
