Mission Is To Support U.S.-Based Business Aircraft Operators
Bombardier Aerospace has introduced its new dedicated Customer Response Team (CRT) aircraft, a Learjet 45, has been launched to provide resolution of Aircraft on Ground (AOG)/unscheduled maintenance events in the continental United States. The aircraft will operate 24/7 and will be based at Chicago Executive Airport (KPWK) in Palwaukee, IL, which is in close proximity to the Bombardier Parts Hub and Chicago-based Customer Response Team truck.
“By expanding our Customer Response Team through the addition of an aircraft we can support our customers with even greater flexibility and speed,” said Michel Ouellette, President, Customer Services and Specialized and Amphibious Aircraft, Bombardier Aerospace. “The Customer Response Team will continue to provide an efficient and responsive solution for Bombardier business aircraft operators, as we deliver on our promise of putting customers first.”
Bombardier’s Customer Response Center (CRC) will handle the dispatching duties for the aircraft and coordinate activities with the broader CRT group.
Bombardier’s business aircraft Customer Response Team now includes: its new dedicated Customer Response Team aircraft; Customer Response Team Express parts delivery (formerly PartsExpress Airborne Delivery Service); Customer Response Teams (formerly Mobile Response Teams – technicians dispatched via the CRC and Mobile Response Parties – trucks and remote technicians); Customer Response Center (CRC); Unscheduled Maintenance Team (UMT) based at Service Centers and the CRC contact iPad app, Proximity.
