PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONSARE IN EFFECT FOR VOLCANIC ACTIVITY. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF NATIONAL PARK SERVICE ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 4000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 192420N/1551726W OR THE HILO /ITO/ VORTAC 209.0 DEGREE RADIAL AT 24.6 NAUTICAL MILES NATIONAL PARK SERVICE TELEPHONE 808-985-6170 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. HONOLULU /ZHN/ ARTCC TELEPHONE 808-840-6201 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
