Horizon Air, FAs Come to Agreement

Reach Tentative Agreement on New Contract

Flight attendants at Horizon Air, represented by the Association of Flight Attendants, AFL-CIO, have reached a tentative agreement on a new contract with airline management.

"The negotiations weren't easy and we had to struggle to get what we deserve. But in the end, this tentative agreement provides for pay raises and significant scheduling improvements," said Bev Moss, AFA Horizon Master Executive Council President and a Horizon flight attendant. "Support from our members enabled us to reach an agreement that is good for both the flight attendants and the airline during this turbulent time in our industry."

Before the tentative agreement can be final, AFA member Horizon flight attendants must vote on the deal. That vote is currently being scheduled. Details of the tentative contract will be distributed to the flight attendants before being made available to the public.
