Unique Aviation Business Unifies Marketing Efforts

Sheltair Brings Its Three Lines Under One Umbrella

Holland Sheltair Aviation Group, an aviation company offering fixed base operations (FBOs), property leasing and facility construction, says it has unified all three divisions of the company under one brand, Sheltair.  As part of the rebranding effort, the company is unveiling a redesigned logo, as well as collateral materials and new website.

Previously segmented into three lines of business – Sheltair Aviation Services, Sheltair Aviation Facilities and Holland Builders, Inc. – the new, integrated Sheltair is not only revamping its look, but also overhauling its message and strengthening its culture.

"Our experience in the construction of aviation-related facilities, like FBOs, hangars and on-the-field offices, as well as our background in FBO ownership and airport property leasing is unique in this industry, said Sheltair CEO Jerry Holland on Wednesday. "We are focusing our efforts on making sure that customers and prospects know about our wide-range of exclusive capabilities and ensuring that our employees benefit from and are able to articulate these advantages."

The rebranding effort creates additional continuity for the 300-plus employees working in different areas of the business. An internal communications campaign being implemented encourages consistent messaging to the entire workforce, more open communication between the different areas within the company and increased education through various electronic and in-person tactics.

External branding will include an updated Sheltair logo, new company website, new signage for buildings and vehicles, and new print materials for customers. Sheltair's company history and significant brand recognition influenced the updated logo, which is a more modern evolution of the existing Sheltair logo. The new website combines the three focuses of the company - FBOs, properties and construction - in one easy to navigate site.
