PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(3) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT IN THE VICINTY OF DISASTER/HAZARD AREAS FOR THE MOVEMENT OF HAZARDOUS MATERIAL. AIRCRAFT FLIGHT OPERATIONS ARE PROHIBITED WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 334027N/0855806W OR THE TALLADEGA /TDG/ VOR/DME 027 DEGREE RADIAL AT 7.0 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET AGL EXCLUDING THAT AIRSPACE WHICH OVERLAPS INTO RESTRICETD AREA R-2102 WHEN RESTRICTED AREA IS ACTIVE.
